Iowa Region USA Volleyball

USA Volleyball is the National Governing Body for the sport in America and as such is recognized by the U.S. Olympic Committee and the FIVB (Federation International de Volleyball) as the organization primarily responsible for increasing participation and awareness of volleyball in America. USAV's efforts are aided by the many member organizations with which it is affiliated, such as 40 Regional Volleyball Associations, the NCAA, YMCA, National Federation of State High School Associations, Association of Volleyball Professionals and the American Volleyball Coaches Association.

(12/7/09 - 2:00pm) Thank you for the support and feedback regarding the online registration system for Iowa Region Volleyball.  The Iowa Region Volleyball office and My Online Camp have already begun noting changes for next year (including date, and event information added to the e-mail receipt).  From the people we have talked with, 95% were very positive about the online registration system, while the other 5% provided valuable feedback.

********To drop/change a tournament or if you registered twice*********

E-mail BOTH Colleen at Iowa Region Volleyball, colleen@iavbreg.org
AND the Tournament director.

The email must include the following information

• Participant name
  
• ID number (5-digit registration ID number – found on http://www.iowaregionvolleyball.com/amiregistered.cfm )
  
• Tournament Date
  
• Tournament City
  
• Tournament Age group
  

Tournament refunds may come from the Tournament Director, if they find a replacement team.  Any Sanction Fee refunds for online registration will come from Iowa Region Volleyball. 

Tournament directors:
Colleen and My Online Camp will verify all tournament reports.  Tournament openings will be added as teams dropping are removed.  The team that dropped will show on your list until the 17th or 2nd of the month, at which time they will be removed. 

For accounting reasons the Tournament Fee will be sent to you to refund to the team. Iowa Region will refund the sanction fee directly to the team also.  Checks will be mailed on the 17th and 2nd of the month (or next business day).
